The Cottage sits nestled along an amazing stretch of Spruce Creek. Since the late 1970s, it served as the lodging location for US President Jimmy Carter when he visited the valley to fly fish.

The Covered Bridge is another historical landmark, built with help of President Jimmy Carter. He literally worked from a ladder and helped assemble and build the bridge.

The Cottage holds 7 rooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. (4 full, 12 twin mattresses). It also provides access to approximately 1 mile of private stream.
